Magnesium Oxide (MgO) board is a next-generation building material designed to outperform traditional drywall in every category. It is 100% waterproof, non-absorbent, and mold-resistant, meaning it will not swell, warp, or degrade even in high-moisture environments. Unlike gypsum-based materials, MgO is also non-combustible and fire-resistant, offering up to 3–4 hours of fire protection.

In addition, MgO is non-toxic, zero VOC, and environmentally friendly, contributing to healthier indoor air quality. Cold-Formed Steel Framing
